Append-only, hash-chained. Every message, flag, and resolution. What happened, when, and who said what. Tamper with one record and the chain breaks.

The Link

Living Map

People, decisions, dependencies, shared vocabulary: all structured, all traversable. Dogs build it as a byproduct of doing their work. The Dirt tells you what happened. The Link tells you what it means.

The Bucket

Content Store

Files, photos, documents, attachments. Content-addressable, hash-verified. Dogs don't carry files around. They reference what's in The Bucket by pointer.
